Some companies that "bill by the hour" may charge more for runaround time and pay their low-skilled technicians less as they "check out the problem." Some may bill for runaround time because they may not carry a sufficient inventory of parts on their truck. You won't have to worry about that with us. Our trucks (mobile warehouses) carry hundreds of parts and supplies, which means we'll probably have the parts you need with us when we arrive. If we don't, you won't be charged extra for us to get it.
The bottom line is: you'll always know what's expected before the repair is done, and you never pay for unexpected labor hours.
